BRINGING OUT YOUR BEST
MEET MY PARTNER
For fifteen years, Maeve Buckley and I have been keen learning partners. It started with a conversation where we vented our leadership frustrations. We both agreed that we were working very hard, yet we did not feel we were moving our staffs forward. It prompted us to participate in a certificate learning experience at Royal Roads University in Executive Coaching. With renewed invigoration and motivation, we have been coaching and learning partners ever since. Our skills, strengths, experience, styles and personalities are different, yet uniquely complimentary. Maeve makes me a better learner and leader and I am grateful for our connection.
